The Real Secret...
People often ask me "so what's the real secret to being wealthy"? and it has taken me a long time to get close to an answer. The breakthrough came when I stopped trying to find the ONE solution or the ONE special secret that made the difference. I now realise that the pathway to wealth isn't a single pathway or a solitary lane at all but it's a three lane, massive motorway, and of course that makes sense. We give ourselves the best chance of travelling towards wealth if we have three lanes of opportunity rather than just one: we can also choose to travel much faster, and can arrive more quickly at our destination if we travel along the super highway.
So what does all that mean? My belief is that in order to become financially wealthy you need to be invested in three lanes or areas:
- Land and property
- Equities and other assets, and in -
- Passive income generating businesses
(what I call Mind Your Own Business)
This three pronged approach provides balance, opportunity and protection against risk, and you can start a little something in each lane very easily and at low investment levels and then build up and up until you have a whole fleet of investments in each lane.
Of course, in order to get to the lanes of the motorway, you use the access road, and this is where we prepare for our wealth by stabilising income and expenditure flows, where we check mortgages, manage debt, consider pensions, and generally put our financial life in order.

Then, when you are on the motorway and have been travelling a while you need to stop at the service station to get relief and replenishment. This is where we can also provide personal support services such as coaching, consultancy, personal development and business support, all of which is geared to get you motoring effectively again.
The trainings, products, services and support that we provide are all congruent with this philosophy and even when we work at a very specific level on a particular opportunity, we never forget the bigger picture of the power of the wealth motorway, and what that might mean to you.
